Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

Delivery Time

• Bali: Delivery via Gojek, estimated 1–2 business days (same-day delivery may be possible).
• International (Worldwide): DHL Express, estimated 2–5 business days depending on location.

Shipping Costs

• Flat rate $15 for all international orders.
• Free shipping on all orders over $300.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email to follow your delivery.

Import duties, VAT, or other customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
